  They need to do a lot better. My friend and I made our reservation in advance. A $92 room. Walk in to our reserved room, no beds, or any other furniture, the toilet was sitting inside of the shower. Go back to the office & complain, lady at the desk had an attitude with us, said she'll let her manager know & she gave us another key card. Luckily this room wasn't under construction but they should've known that first room wasn't even ready for guests. It should've been in their computer system, a memo somewhere. The 2nd room, the only real problem was they barely gave us any towels. Even the next morning. We won't be going back there again
